How to Order Through My iTero

In My iTero, select The Lab @ Barwon Heads as your preferred lab.

Scan your patient’s mouth using iTero. Tip: Make sure to capture the entire upper sulcus and palate to ensure an accurate fit for the mouthguard.

Complete the order details within My iTero.

Confirm your submission — your order will be sent directly to our lab.
Turnaround time: Approximately 5–7 business days from receipt of the scan.

To connect your iTero scanner to our lab, you must first contact an iTero representative and provide them with the laboratory’s iTero Serial Number. Our team at The Lab @ Barwon Heads can assist, or you can contact iTero Support directly using the instructions below:
